Home Owners Association
Almost every homeowner in the neighborhood is
a member of the Home Owners Association. HOA membership carries certain
responsibilities outlined in the covenants, deed restrictions and
guidelines accepted at your property purchase

Board Member terms are 3 years
long and are staggered over a five year time span. Elections are held
for at least one member every year at the annual meeting in October.
